Pick-Ups & shipping


A no-charge pick-up & Delivery option is available at checkout. 
You will receive instructions with your confirmation email once your order has been processed, within 1-7 days. Please pick your order up within 7 days of being notified that it is ready for pick up. In regards to COVID-19 please make sure to wear your mask on the property while picking up. 
 This means that within 1-7 days we will get your ordered processed, packed up and taken to our local post office to be shipped. Please note: The amount of time it takes to be shipped to you is out of our control due to COVID-19 and shipping delays. 
We do our best to get all our orders processed and out the door to our local post office within 1-7 business days. If we are on holidays or away from our business then it would be posted at the top of our website making it very clear for you. We recommend that you follow up with your local post office for more delivery information. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a notification with the email you provide to place your order with us. This notification should include your tracking number which will allow you to easily track your package from your distribution center. 
If your item is delayed past the estimated time of arrival tracking date, please contact Canada post directly, this is not our responsibility. We use Canada Post for ALL our orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are a small mama owned business so we appreciate you understanding this.
Wilder Amour Activewear is not responsible for: 
  • any lost or stolen items that can be tracked and marked as delivered.
  • if items have been shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry, all additional charges will be applied on the customer’s behalf.
